What we hold

Account details (name, work email), the knowledge your team contributes (transfers, sources, decisions), and product usage needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

Only to operate WorkFera for your organization: capturing knowledge, answering with citations, and keeping an audit trail. We do not sell your data, and your knowledge stays isolated to your workspace.

Your controls

An admin can export your organization’s data or request deletion from Settings. Deletion runs on a short grace period and is audited.
